In the final, the Saint John Greyhounds defeated the Fredericton Black Kats 38-21 as Fawcett scored 14 and McLeese 12. Forbes led Fredericton with 10. Although it marked the seventh consecutive year that Saint John had hosted the tournament, it was the first time that home-court advantage yielded a title.
