In the opening round, Campbelltown, which had the tourney with a (22-0) record, fell 45-44 to the St. Stephen Spartans on a pair of free throws by Randy White with 17 seconds to play. They were the only two points White scored.
In the final, the St. Stephen Spartans stormed back from a 17-10 half-time deficit to defeat Fredericton 33-30. Pierce led St. Stephen with 19 points. Fred MacMullin led Fredericton with 11.
