In the quarterfinals, the Fredericton Devon Park Christian Eagles defeated Stanley Blue Devils 72-46 as Forsythe scored 16, Boyd 16 and Carter 10. Jamie Sparkes led the Blue Devils with 12. Tyler Hayes added 11. The Blue Devils also included Ben Thibault.
The McAdam Warriors defeated the Boiestown Upper Miramichi Boas 60-56 MacDonald scored 18 and Blair 13. The Boas included Chris Pond, Tyronne Norrad, Darren O’Donnell, Cody Nason.
The Campobello Island Consolidated Vikings whipped the Blackville Golden Eagles 99-57. The Golden Eagles included Matt Sturgeon.
In the last quarterfinal, the Hillsborough Caledonia Regional Tigers clipped the Harvey Lakers 64-51. The Lakers included Justin Bell, Mike Cleghorn, Sean Little, Jonah Craig.
In the semis, the McAdam Warriors defeated the Fredericton Devon Park Christian Eagles 55-46.
In the other semi, the Campobello Island Consolidated Vikings edged the Hillsborough Caledonia Regional Tigers 65-61 as Anthony scored 21, Searles 19. Nelson paced the Tigers with 18. Spencer added 12 and Beaumont 9.
In the final, the McAdam Warriors defeated the Campobello Island Consolidated Vikings 59-56 as Donahue scored 16, Jacdonald 14, along with 11 boards, and player of the game Blair 7, along with 10 boards. The Warriors led 41-35 at the half. Warriors coach Don Johnson told the Fredericton Daily Gleaner that “I think it was pretty close to a heart attack.” The Warriors had lost to Campobello three times during the season and had a six-game losing streak against the Vikings over two years. Johnson said “we practiced a lot on our defence. What we were doing wasn’t working.” Searled led the Vikings with 15, while nabbing 10 boards. Grenier added 9 and Anthony 7.
