In the quarterfinals, the Perth Andover Southern Victoria Vikings dumped the Campbellton Sugarloaf Bruins 57-38.

        The Sackville Tantramar Regional Titans whipped the St. George Fundy Mariners 76-40. The Mariners (coached by Ryan Daye) included Hannah Guitar, Maddy Stevens, Danielle Anhony, Kathryn Lawrence, Carly Justason, Kaitlyn French, Haily O’Neill, Emily Banks, Paige Hanley and Emily O’Neill.

        The Bathurst Phantoms defeated the Bristol Carleton North Stars 65-58. The Stars (coached by Gerald Sullivan, assisted by Catherine Barry) included Alice McCain, Michaela Cummings, Lindsay McCauley, Dakota White, Rebecca Tompkins, Alanna McBrine, Kate Ritchie, Kasadee Allan, Meghan Lord, Laura Sullivan and Georgia Jones.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Saint John Rothesay Regional Red Hawks clubbed the Rexton Bonar Law Memorial Bengals 87-26. The Bengals included Sandy Mundle,

        In the semis, the Perth Andover Southern Victoria Vikings edged the Sackville Tantramar Regional Titans 71-67.      In the other semi, the Saint John Rothesay Regional Red Hawks dumped the Bathurst Phantoms 68-53.

        In the final, the Saint John Rothesay Regional Red Hawks defeated the Perth Andover Southern Victoria Vikings 70-62 to capture their second consecutive title. The Red Hawks led 14-13 after one quarter. The Vikings led 31-28 at the half and 46-44 after three quarters. “In the first half we didn’t shoot enough, we only took 28 shots and that’s not enough for us,” Red Hawks coach Moira Gagnon told the New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal. “In the third quarter, we took 21, so we started shooting more and if you shoot more the ball is going to go in more.” The outcome was in doubt until the final quarter when Adrienne Laidlaw nailed a trey to knot the score at 52 and then added another trey as Rothesay took command. “My shooting was just on today, normally I don’t shoot that well, I had the momentum, it was good,” said Laidlaw. “They just got hot at the right time, they hit a couple key threes coming down the stretch and we didn’t have an answer for it,” said Vikings coach Jon Brain. “The kids played hard. We knew they were a good team coming in, but we’re pleased with what we managed to do.” Kelly Marcolin led the Redhawks with 19 on 5-12 from the floor, 0-1 from the arc, 9-12 from the line, 10 boards and 3 assists.
