In the quarterfinals, held in Riverview, the top-seeded host Royalettes dusted the 8th-seeded Dalhousie Condors 99-16. The Condors included Shirley Parent.

       The 2nd-seeded Sussex Sonics spanked the 7th-seeded St. Stephen Spartans 56-40 as McGarrigle scored 16, Keyes 14 and Hutchinson 12. The Sonics led 30-24 at the half and hit 6-9 from the line. Marsha Urdang led the Spartans with 16. Mary Bartlett added 8. The Spartans also included Fay Hamilton, Patti Perkins. The Spartans hit 3-18 from the line.

       The 3rd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carlton North Stars whipped the 6th-seeded Saint John St. Vincent’s Fighting Irish (Saints?) 77-49 as Kinney scored 22, Bubar 14 and McAffee 12. The Stars led 50-24 at the ahlf and hit 8-20 from the line. Karen Darby led St. Vincen’ts with 17. Jennifer Leblanc added 8. The Fighting Irish, who hit 3-5 from the line, also included Karen Vienneau.

       In the last quarterfinal, the 5th-seeded Buctouche Clement Cormier Cavaliers clubbed the 4th-seeded Woodstock Wildcats 89-66. The Wildcats included Glenda Trail, Tara Griffin, Shelly Slipp, Jennifer Cox.

       In the semis, the top-seeded Riverview Royalettes clocked the 5th-seeded Buctouche Clement Cormier Cavaliers 77-37 as Painter scored 18, Quigley 14 and Gant 13. The Royalettes led 46-24 at the half and hit 11-19 from the line. Cormier led the Cavaliers with 11. Leblanc added 9. The Cavaliers hit 15-44 from the line.

       In the other semi, the 3rd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carleton North Stars defeated the 2nd-seeded Sussex Sonics 55-49 as Smith scored 12. The Stars hit 10-21 from the line. McGarrigle led Sonics with 29. Hutchinson added 10. The Sonics hit 5-9 from the line.

       In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Sussex Sonics defeated the 5th-seeded Buctouche Clement Cormier Cavaliers 64-59 as McGarrigle scored 27 and Hutchinson 12. Lise Cormier led the Cavaliers with 31. Hubert Jaillet added 22. The Sonics hit 8-12 from the line. The Cavaliers also included Diane Leblanc. The Cavaliers hit 11-28 from the line.

       In the final, the host and top-seeded Riverview Royalettes captured the title by defeating the 3rd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carleton North Stars 75-55 as Quigley scored 32 and Painter 27. The Royalettes led 42-27 at the half and hit 7-15 from the line. Smith led the Stars with 21. McAffee added 12. The Stars hit 9-34 from the line.
