In the quarterfinals, the Dalhousie Regional Condors whipped the Perth-Andover Southern Victoria Vikings 89-64. The Vikings included Brendan Davenport, Eric Hurley, Patrick Kelley.
The Miramichi James M. Hill Tommies stomped the Rothesay Regional Red Hawks 92-63. The Red Hawks included Kris Rocca, Dennis Jonah, Ryan Ferguson, Kieran Dow, Andrew Sullivan, Craig Mcleod, Mike Costello.
The Woodstock Warriors dumped the Salisbury JMA Armstrong Cougars 82-43.
In the last quarterfinal, the Sackville Tantramar Titans dusted the Bristol Carleton North Stars 89-63. The North Stars included Greg Fisher.
In the semis, the Woodstock Warriors defeated the Sackville Tantramar Regional Titans 93-89 in triple overtime. The Titans forced a second overtime with a bucket at the buzzer. The Warriors forced a third overtime by drilling a trey with seven seconds on the clock. The Warriors trailed by four with a minute to play in the third overtime but miraculously pulled out the win. Justin Poliquin led the Warriors with 29. Alex Rees added 17. Andrew Roach paced the Titans with 24.
In the other semi, the Dalhousie Regional High Condors dumped the Miramichi James M. Hill Tommies 63-55.
In the final, the Woodstock Warriors defeated the Dalhousie Regional Condors 79-66 as player of the game Jordan Graham scored 17, while nabbing 19 boards, Macleod 19 on five treys, Rees 13 and Taylor 11. Woodstock closed the affair with a 15-5 run. The match was a three-point shootout in the second half. “I’ve been waiting since Grade 9 to do that,” Graham told the Moncton Times & Transcript. Graham told the Fredericton Daily Gleaner that “they jus ttold me to take it strong to the basket every time. I got the ball and tried to do that.” Luke Lavigne led the Condors with 26. Blake added 16 and Shea 13. Lavigne said “around the three-minute mark when we were tied Woodstock made a little run on us. They went up on five points, six points, guys started getting down. No excuse, we should have battled back.” The Warriors finished (38-8) on the campaign.
