Reg Reid led the Saints with 22. Carl Bannister adde 16, Louis Lafleur 14, Ralph Stevens 7, Sean Yeomans 2, Luigi Rocca 2 and Chriss Legault 2, while Lewis Bosco, Mike Calman and Terry Doiron were scoreless.
The 6th-seeded St. Stephen Spartans spanked the 3rd-seeded Woodstock Thunder 10-482 as Estabrooks scored 47, Holland 22, Whitters 16, McFarlane 6, Dewolf 6, Marven 4 and Higgins 3. Jamie Watson led the Thunder with 21. Greg Purinton? added 19, Greg Bridgeo 12, Andy Lenihan 9, Jeff Anderson 7, Malcolm Caldwell 5, Jeff Shaw 5 and jeff McMillin 4, while Andrew Donovan and Tim Hall were scoreless.
The 2nd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carleton North Stars edged the 7th-seeded Fredericton AA Black Kats 62-60 as Hawkes scored 14, Burtt 14, Thomas 9, McIntosh 8, McAuley 6, Demerchant 6, Spence 3 and Eggertt 2. Dave Smith led the AA Black Kats with 15. Glen Reid (Reade?) added 12, Derek McFarlane 8, Pete Johnson 6, John McNally 5, Warren (Lorne?) Brown 4, Jason Budovitch 4, Braxton Ericson 3 and Matt Howorth 2, while Fon Hieu was scoreless.
In the last quarterfinal, the 5th-seeded Sackville Tantramar Tians clipped the 4th-seeded Campbellton Sugarloaf Bruins 66-55. The Bruins included Ronnie Vickers, Stephen Bernard, Billy Holton, Jimmy Gorham, Kevin Parker, Billy Coughlan, Shane Flanagan, Greg LeFurgey, Jimmy Allen and Kevin Parlee.
In the semis, the 6th-seeded St. Stephen Spartans clocked the 2nd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carleton North Stars 84-63 as Estabrooks scored 26, Holland 25, Whitters 14, Dewolf 8, Marven 6 and McFarlane 5. Burtt led the Stars with 26. Hawkes added 14, Spence 12, McIntosh 6, McAuley 3 and Demerchant 2.
In the other semi, the top-seeded Sussex Sonics defeated the 5th-seeded Sackville Tantramar Titans 80-78 in overtime. Gallant paced the Sonics with 24, including 5 in overtime. Robinson added 24, Nixon 14, Forsythe 9, Hourihan 5, Fanjoy 3 and Dewinter 1. The score was knotted at 69 after regulation. Parsons led the Titans with 24, Wood added 17, Haley 13, Walton 11, McKay 10, Banks 2 and Wall 1.
In the bronze medal match, the 5th-seeded Sackville Tantramar Titans dusted the 2nd-seeded Lawrenceville-Bristol Carleton North Stars 89-66 as Parsons scored 27, Haley 20, Ward 16, Banks 20, McKay 10, P McBeth 2, B McBeth 2 and Davis 2. In the final, the top-seeded Sussex Sonics defeated the 6th-seeded St. Stephen Spartans 70-50 as Gallant scored 20, Nixon 17, Robinson 16, Forsythe 11, Hourihan 4 and Corbett 2. The Sonics led 32-27 at the half and hit 12-22 from the line. Estabrooks led the Spartans with 19. DeWolfe added 10, MacFarlane 10, Holland 7 and Whitters 4. The Spartans hit 11-20 from the line.
