Brown added 10, G Malloch 2 and Lank 1, while Finch, K Mitchell, C Fitzsimmons, Matthews, Anthony and D Fitzsimmons were scoreless.
In the quarterfinals, the host Woodstock Thunder mauled the Hartland Huskies 109-29 as Hood scored 63, Bowling 19, W Ketchum (Kitchen?) 9, DeLong 8, R Kitchen 5, Troy 3 and Brewer 3. Gillen led the Huskies with 10. Glass added 9, Caldwell 4, Nevers 3, Hovey 2 and Harris 1, while Christian was scoreless.
Sackville stomped the Centreville Cougars 65-17 as Godfrey scored 23, Mundle 15, Baxter 7, Ayers 6 and Estabrooks 2. Kimball led the Cougars with 9. Perry added 4, London 2 and Cougle 2, while Connors, Lamoreaux, Greene and Clowater were scoreless.
The Harvey Regional Lakers nipped the St. Stephen Spartans 43-40 as McGee scored 21, Watson 12, Coburn 6, M McLean 2, Murray 1 and Bartlett 1. Madsen led the Spartans with 16. McKenzie added 10, McLeod 9, Tolin 3 and Lister 2, while Jackson, Nicholson, Allen and Scullion were scoreless.
In the last quarterfinal, Newcastle Harkins clipped the McAdam Warriors 36-23 as McWilliams scored 22 (otherwise were unallocated). Stothart added 4, Cassidy 3, Atcheson 3, Sheppard 2 and White 2. Bright led the Warriors with 6. Noble added 6, Robinson 4, Quigley 4, Sherman 2 and Gardiner 1, while Quigley, Rushton, Astirano and Murchland were scoreless.
In the semis, Newcastle Harkins defeated Sackville 25-24 on a pair of free throws by Ian Stothart after the teams were called back from the dressing room and the floor cleared on a foul called on the last play. Stothart had missed a field goal at the buzzer and Sackville left the floor thinking they had won. But referee Ced Thorburn ruled that Stothart had been fouled on the shot and awarded two free throws, which Stothart hit. Atcheson paced Newcastle with 11. Stothart added 5, Cassidy 4, McWilliams 3 and White 2. Godfrey led Sackville with 7. Ayer added 6, Baxter 5 and Mundle 1.
In the other semi, the Woodstock Thunder clocked the Harvey Regional Lakers 46-26 as Hood scored 16, Bowlin 15, Brew 9, W Ketchum 2, Wakeham 2 and Kitchen 2. Coburn led the Lakers with 10. McGee added 10, Watson 3, Murray 2, Bartlett 1 and S McLean 1.
In the final, the Woodstock Thunder captured their second consecutive title by dusting Newcastle Harkins 50-30. The Thunder led 16-6, 23-18 and 35-22 at the quarters. Hood paced the Thunder with 16. Bowlin added 12, Wakem 7, Troy 4, Jones 2 and Ronald Kitchen 1. McWilliams led Newcastle with 9. Atcheson added 7, Stothart 6, Cassidy 5, Rohan 2 and White 1.
