In the semis, the Winnipeg Joseph Wolinsky Raiders dusted the Boissevain Broncos 72-24.
In the other semi, the Steinbach Christian Bible College Flames dispatched the Shilo Panthers 62-50 as Reg Kornelson scored 21 and nabbed 25 boards. Conrad Dueck added 14 and Erwin Thiessen 14. Shilo led 11-10 after one quarter. The Flames led 31-19 at the half.
In the bronze medal match, the Shilo Panthers defeated the Boissevain Broncos 64-52. The Broncos included Dan Morrow, Mike Diehl, Rick Ransom.
In the final, the Winnipeg Joseph Wolinsky Raiders defeated the Steinbach Christian (then known as Steinbach Bible Institute) Flames 59-46 as Kerry Lipkin scored 20 and post Noel Myers 18. Tournament MVP Conrad Dueck led the Flames with 19. Erwin Thiessen added 12 and Reg Kornelson 10.
