        In the quarterfinals, the 5th-seeded Shilo Panthers edged the 4th-seeded Pilot Mound Pilots 64-61.
        The 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Joseph Wolinsky Raiders defeated the 7th-seeded Saint-Rose-du-Lac Ste. Rose Celtics 47-42. The Celtics (coached by Tim Shynaruk) included Brent Lepla, Brian Van de Poele, Marc Gagnon.

        The 3rd-seeded Elie St. Paul’s Barons clipped the 8th-seeded Birtle Falcons 49-35.

        In the last quarterfinal, the top-seeded Steinbach Bible College Flames stomped the 6th-seeded Wawanesa Warriors 82-42 as Garth Doerksen scored 36, Reg Kornelson 19 and Conrad Dueck 18. The Warriors included Rob Moore.

        In the semis, the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Joseph Wolinsky Raiders defeated the 3rd-seeded Elie St. Paul’s Barons 73-45.

        In the other semi, the top-seeded Steinbach Bible College Flames dumped the 5th-seeded Shilo Panthers 67-56 as Garth Doerksen scored 32.

        In the bronze medal match, the 5th-seeded Shilo Panthers dusted the 3rd-seeded Elie St. Paul’s Barons 70-59.

        In the final, 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Joseph Wolinsky Raiders defeated the top-seeded Steinbach Christian (then known as Steinbach Bible Institute) Flames 58-49. The loss was the first suffered by the Flames all season. Garth Doerksen paced the Flames with 21.
