We were upset by Daniel (McIntyre Maroons) in the city final, we lost two games straight to the team we’d beaten four times before but we just came back here. I don’t know what could have stopped us.” Clippers guard Tara Evans said “it feels just amazing. … There was 43 practices worth of work all in this game,” said Evans, who scored 11. “You have your practices and what’s left when you come to the game is how badly you want it. We’ve lost intensity a few times in the season and that’s where emotion came in today.”
