We started to go inside with Yvette, who took it over Renzansoff. She simply had to back off so as not to take another foul. We also had to slow the tempo down. I admit I was worried. I’ve admired the way Winnipeg River East improved all year.” Milner said “we didn’t make too many changes in the second half. We just started to get hot.” The Lancers had captured the Cloverleaf conference title en route to the provincials.
