        In the quarterfinals, the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Oak Park Raiders defeated the 7th-seeded Winnipeg Vincent Massey Trojans 88-59. The Trojans (coached by Greg Delorme and Larry Hodkinson) included Kevin Robinson, Carl Griffin, G Thompson, J Bhola.

        The top-seeded Winnipeg Shaftesbury Titans stomped the 8th-seeded Winnipeg Kelvin Clippers 63-42. The Clippers included Darren Slobodian, Chris Young.

        The 3rd-seeded Winnipeg Sisler Spartans defeated the 6th-seeded Winnipeg Mennonite Brethren Hawks 57-51. The Hawks (coached by Ken Opalko) included Rob Penner, Richard Van Dorp.

        In the last quarterfinal, the 4th-seeded Winnipeg Daniel McIntyre Maroons dumped the 5th-seeded Winnipeg Tec Voc Hornets 68-58. The Hornets included Americo Henriques, Henri Dos Santos, Juphel Falcis, Lenny Wyatt, Larry Robinson.

        In the semis, the 3rd-seeded Winnipeg Sisler Spartans dispatched the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Oak Park Raiders 55-48. Chris Lucas scored 11 for the Raiders.

        In the other semi, the top-seeded Winnipeg Shaftesbury Titans dispatched the 4th-seeded Winnipeg Daniel McIntyre Maroons 54-49 as Todd MacCulloch scored 22. Paulo Quiejo and Jonas Morris each scored 15 to pace the Maroons. Maroons’ coach Tony Scott told the Winnipeg Free Press that “these kids played their hearts out tonight and they really gave the defending champs a good run for their money. But you have to give them credit; we thought we could wear down their point guards with our defence but they hung in there and played like defending champions.”

        In the final, the top-seeded Winnipeg Shaftesbury Titans defeated the 3rd-seeded Winnipeg Sisler Spartans 56-40 to capture their second consecutive provincial title. Tournament MVP Todd MacCulloch paced the Titans with 15 points and 9 blocks. “Blocking shots is the one part of the game that I really, really enjoy,” MacCulloch told the Winnipeg Free Press. “The Spartans seemed to be trying to take it at me because they know that I can sometimes get into foul trouble by doing it, but it didn’t work out that way for them (last) night.” A 7-0 run featuring a Colin Jones trey, a Ryan Frazer transition layup and a technical foul on Sisler coach Andy Erickson – saw the Titan lead shoot to 19. “We’ve got nothing to be ashamed of,” said Erickson. “The one thing about these guys is they never give up no matter what the score is and they proved that here.”
