        In the quarterfinals, the Winnipeg Daniel McIntyre Maroons clubbed the Flin Flon Hapnot Kopper Kings 66-44. The Kopper Kings (coached by F Schieder) include Bob Sorenson, B Barr, Hank Marcuk, T Mahan, L Marcuk, J Trodden, M Lekopoy, L Fric, Lawrence Hudon, R Last, J Wilson and M Hastzi.

        The Brandon Vincent Massey Vikings (then the Brandon Collegiate Blues) crushed the Dauphin Clippers 57-32 as Herb Clark scored 19, Barrie Orr 12 and Ray Relt 11. Robertson led the Clippers with 11. The Clippers also included Stan Konopski, Jim Chute, Con Artibise.

        The Winnipeg Glenlawn Lions dusted the Rivers Brooke Rams 75-30 as Gee scored 13, Amos 11 and Noyes 10. The Rams (coached by staff sergeant E Ross) included Bill Hicks, Jim McIntosh, Bob Mitchell, Doub Hunt, Emil Hain, Bob Harris, Bill Czuboka, Myron Pigg, Gordon Stibbards, Jack Nolan and Maurice McKinnon.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Winnipeg St. Paul’s Crusaders whipped the Morris Red Hawks 42-11 as Cameron scored 17. The Red Hawks included Hoffman, Remple, Voyels.

        In the semis, the Winnipeg Daniel McIntyre Maroons stomped the Brandon Vincent Massey Vikings 73-31 as Frank Kiraly scored 23, Jack Kachmar 12 and Barry McBride 11. Barry Orr led the Vikings with 8. Lou Heming added 8.

        In the other semi, the Winnipeg Glenlawn Lions nipped the Winnipeg St. Paul’s Crusaders 38-35 as Bill Devries scored 18 and Bob Noyes 10. Cameron led the Crusaders with 10. Puchniak added 7.

In the final, the Winnipeg Daniel McIntyre Maroons defeated the Winnipeg Glenlawn Lions 49-35. Frank Kiraly paced the Maroons with 14. Ray Berry added 10, Don Harvey 10, point guard Barry McBride 9 and John Kachmar 6. The Maroons led 27-21 at the half. Bob Keith and Bill Devries each scored 9 for the Lions. Deaken added 7, Bob Noyes 4 and Amos 2.
