In the wildcard game, the 2nd-seeded Beausejour Edward Schreyer Barons edged the 7th-seeded Warren Wildcats 75-71. The Wildcats included Jason Hare.

In the quarterfinals, held in Winnipegosis, the top-seeded Ste. Anne Lynx stomped the 8th-seeded Norway House Cougars 115-48.

        The 5th-seeded Teulon Saints crushed the 4th-seeded Winnipegosis Lakers 92-67. Lakers coach Bernie Dowhan was disappointed in his troop’s effort. “Overall, we came out flat.” The Lakers included Colin Procyshyn.

        The 6th-seeded Altona W.C. Miller Aces edged the 3rd-seeded Forrest Elton Sabres 86-83 in overtime. The Sabres included Steve Thompson, Ben Jablonski.

        The 2nd-seeded Beausejour Edward Schreyer Barons clocked the 7th-seeded Winnipeg Immanuel Christian Falcons 95-49.

In the semis, the top-seeded Ste. Anne Lynx defeated the 5th-seeded Teulon Saints 86-67.

        In the other semi, the 6th-seeded Altona W.C. Miller Aces defeated 2nd-seeded Beausejour Edward Schreyer Barons 75-65.

        In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Beausejour Edward Schreyer Barons stomped the 5th-seeded Teulon Saints 88-60.

        In the final, the top-seeded Ste. Anne Lynx defeated the 6th-seeded Altona W.C. Miller Aces 99-83 to capture the school’s first provincial crown. The Lynx finished (35-0) on the season. Tournament MVP Matt Evans paced the Lynx with 30. Evans told the Steinbach Carillon that losing in the semis the previous two years “helped us to stay focused. We took nothing for granted. We worked hard until the final game.” Lynx coach Graham Collier said “they were really focused all year, they never lost their focus, we wanted to make sure we finished it off this year.”
