In the final, the perennial interior B.C. powerhouse Salmon Arm Jewels won their third straight title by defeating the Nanaimo District Islanders 32-20. Nanaimo dominated the play early as their tight zone stifled Salmon Arm and contained the Jewels to 11 points through three quarters. With Nanaimo leading 17-11, Jewel Paulette Laitres hit two long jumpers to key a Salmon Arm rally which saw the Jewels outscore Nanaimo 21-3 in the final quarter. Linda Willard scored 9 and Jo-anne Gloyn 8. Angie Radanovich paced Nanaimo with 14.
