In the quarterfinals, New Westminster Duke of Connaught Dukes defeated the Vancouver College Fighting Irish 39-35 as Kennedy scored 15, O’Brien 9, House 7, Fowler 6 and Fraser 2, while MacDonald, Kennish, Law and Mawhinney were scoreless. Brian Mulhern paced the Fighting Irish with 11. Bob Pickel added 9, Neil Kelly 6, Len French 4, Peter Muir 4 and Donald Chisholm 1, while Scott Fraser, Armand Paris, Jack Herb and Bill Gatewood were scoreless. Dave Ostrosser paced the Lions (coached by Ron Weber) with 15. In the last quarterfinal, the Prince Rupert Rainmakers dusted the Kamloops Red Devils 46-32 as Hartwig scored 21, Thompson 9, Lavigne 7, Flaten 5, Ciccone 2 and Forman 2, while Skog, Davidson and Intermela were scoreless. Dick Reid paced the Red Devils (coached by C Wright) with 11. Gordon McQuarrie added 10, Walter Hamm 4, Don Marriott 4 and Ross Sparrow 3, while Frank Wakida, Ross, Bud Iwaski, Frank Copithorne and Morris Cochran were scoreless.

In the semis, New Westminster Duke of Connaught Dukes defeated the Victoria High Totems 37-29 as Dick Kennedy scored 17, Bob O’Brien 9, Bill House 6, Gordon Fowler 3 and Fraser 2, while MacDonald, Kennish, Law, Mawhinney and Matheson were scoreless. Bernie Anderson led the Totems with 9. Elmer Matthews added 7, Tommy Joyce 6, Jim Ireland 2 and Don McKinnon 1, while Bhagat Singh, Evan Oakley, Pete Leung and Gordy Minnis were scoreless.

In the other semi, New Westminster Trapp Tech clipped the Prince Rupert Rainmakers 47-36 as Ted Mosdell scored 23, Northrup 9, Jones 6, Sayer 5 and Hedlund 4, while Lindbloom, Sampson, Jobb and Harridine were scoreless. There is no evidence a bronze medal match was played.

In the final, New Westminster Duke of Connaught Dukes defeated New Westminster Trapp Tech 36-28. Connaught, coached by Ken Wright, won the first of its four titles. Connaught also finished runner-up twice. Bill House paced the Dukes with 12. Bob O’Brien added 10, Dick Kennedy 7, Gordon Fowler 5 and Fraser 2, while MacDonald, Kennish, Law, Mawhinney and Matheson were scoreless. Hedlund paced Trapp Tech with 10.
