In the quarterfinals, the Shawnigan Lake Stags dispatched the Rossland Royals 58-53.

 The West Vancouver Collingwood Cavaliers defeated the Prince George O’Grady Catholic Totems 67-60.

The Keremeos Similkameen Sparks edged the Agassiz Eagles 58-54 (also reported as 58-56) after outscoring their foes 23-8 in the fourth quarter.

 In the last quarterfinal, the Enderby A.L. Fortune Falcons dusted the Smithers Bulkley Valley Royals 65-33 as Bree Anne Thompson scored 24, Bonnie Purnell 18 and Sybil Tompkins 14. The Royals’ Angela Duursma was chosen defensive player of the tournament.

In the semis, the Keremeos Similkameen Sparks clipped the West Vancouver Collingwood Cavaliers 50-39.

 In the other semi, the Enderby A.L. Fortune Falcons dispatched the Shawnigan Lake Stags 78-72 in overtime as Sybil Thompkins scored 28, Bonnie Purnell 17 and Lindsay Evertte 8. Falcons coach Michelle Hughes told the Vernon Morning Star that “they played with an incredible amount of heart but they also played with their heads. … All of Lindsay’s points came in overtime from the free throw line. We got great efforts from everyone. Laura Leroux was great defensively off the bench. It was a great team effort.”

 In the bronze medal match, the Shawnigan Lake Stags defeated the West Vancouver Collingwood Cavaliers 62-60 despite 34 points from tournament MVP Stephanie Hume.

 In the final, the Enderby A.L. Fortune Falcons captured their second title in three years by defeating the Keremeos Similkameen Sparks 74-62. The Lady Falcons used a 27-13 scoring advantage in the third quarter against the host school to break open a close game. Bree Anne Thompson scored 10 of her team’s 27 points during that third period run. She finished with 30. Falcons coach Michelle Hughes told the Vernon Morning Star that “they keyed on Bonnie (Purnell) and Kelsey (Hagardt) really picked up the slack. We had a slow start but came alive in the second quarter to go up by two and then the girls never looked back.”
