In the final, the top-seeded Prince George Duchess Park Condors dispatched the 3rd-seeded North Vancouver Seycove Seahawks 80-71. The Condors led 32-27 after one quarter. The Seahawks led 45-38 at the half. The Condors led 65-57 after three quarters. Condors coach Catherine Erricson told the Vancouver Province that team fitness proved the difference. “You might put money in the bank for a rainy day, but what we did was put fitness in the bank for today. We put money in the bank and we did it by the girls training at 7:30 in the morning and doing extra on their own. We knew they would have to draw on the fitness bank at moments like today when they had to draw on a third or fourth wind.” Post Madison Landry added that “we have dreamt of this since Grade 8 so to win it in senior year in unreal. When we were meeting at 7:30 in the morning, we kept telling each other we were putting money in the bank for later.” Madison Landry paced the Condors with 28 on 10-19 from the floor, 2-3 from the arc, 6-11 from the line, 10 boards and 2 assists.
