It makes us proud.” The Vikings led 12-2 after one quarter and 22-16 at the half. Harrison Stubbs called the win “pretty amazing. You don’t get this chance very often. We just picked it up a bit more. We hit the post more. We started making shots. That is what helped us win.” Sabres post Sean Morin said “I am actually pretty proud of my team for making it this far. We made it to the final (seeded) fifth on a wildcard. That is something to be proud of. I could see some of my players falling under the pressure. Some of our players were shaking at halftime. I tried to talk to them, but it was too much for them.”
