In the quarterfinals, held in Marwayne, the Coalhurst Trojans stomped the Vermilion St. Jerome’s Spartans 71-46 as James Ress scored 18, Jason Roth 13 and Jesse Emerson 10.

        The Niton Riders crushed Calgary Academy 80-52.

        The Olds Koinonia Christian Royals torched the Mistassini Mustangs 91-51.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Hay Lakes Tigers thrashed the Marwayne Jubilee Wildcats 85-47.

        In the semis, the Coalhurst Trojans nipped the Niton Riders 58-51 despite trailing by 10 with eight minutes to play. James Ress paced the Trojans with 17. Adam Olson added 11 and Fraser Sparks 10.

        In the other semi, the Olds Koinonia Christian Royals defeated the Hay Lakes Tigers 59-51.

        In the bronze medal match, the Niton Riders dispatched the Hay Lakes Tigers 74-64.

In the final, the Coalhurst Trojans defeated the Olds Koinonia Christian Royals 69-46 after leading 44-21 at the half. Cam MacKinnon opened the scoring with a trey and it promptly turned into a rout. James Ress paced the Trojans with 23. Jason Roth added 11. Adam Olson dominated the boards, while point guard Fraser Sparks dictated the tempo.
