In the final, the top-seeded Bow Island Senator Gershaw Gators defeated the Edmonton Christian Lions 57-42 to capture their second consecutive crown. “With everyone back from last year, it would have been disappointing if we didn’t win,” Lady Gators’ coach Maurey Salmon told the Lethbridge Herald. “There was a lot of pressure on us coming back to repeat.” Simona Kuipers paced the Gators with 20.
