In the southern finals, the Southern League champ Raymond Comets defeated Medicine Hat High 20-14; 29-22; (Total: 49-36). In game two, Raymond prevailed 29-22 as Meldrum scored 14, Fisher 8, Fairbanks 4 and Walker 4. Medicine Hat included Goode, Connors, Wilson, Hildebrand, Niblock.
In the provincial final, the Edmonton Victoria Composite Redmen (then the U of Alberta Varsity High) smacked the Raymond Comets 46-26 as Bechart scored 18, Mattson 14, Conrad 9, Parvey 8, Necker 2 and Hamilton 1, while York was scoreless. Fairbanks led the Comets with 15. Fisher added 8 and Meldrum 4, while Walker and Stevens were scoreless.
