        After the season, Trois-Rivieres coach Faisal Docter steps aside after six years at the helm in favor of assistant Louis-Philippe Dugas. Doctor will remain as an assistant, along with Benoit St-Jacques (who had been head coach between 2003-2010). “It’s already been three seasons that we have established a dynamic of collaborative work between the three. In addition, it’s been six seasons that the team has participated in the playoffs, there is no reason to upset all that. We will continue to work in the same vein,” said Dugas, a doctoral candidate in psychology. Docter amassed a 50-44 record since assuming the helm of the Diablos from Franck-Anthony Allepot in 2013.
