In the quarterfinals, the 3rd-seeded Ste-Foy Dynamiques defeated the 6th-seed Vanier Cheetahs 83-68. Lerry Williams led Vanier with 25 points. In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Champlain-St. Lambert Cavaliers nipped the 3rd-seeded Ste-Foy Dynamiques 68-63. Jerome Turcotte led Ste-Foy with 25.
In the bronze medal match, the 4th-seeded Dawson Blues defeated the 3rd-seeded Ste-Foy Dynamiques 64-58. Jerome Turcotte led Ste-Foy with 32 points and 10 boards.
In the final, the top-seeded Montmorency Nomades clipped the 2nd-seeded Champlain-St. Lambert Cavaliers 62-56 as Marc-David Vil scored 18, while Ali Kannan grabbed 12 boards.
