In the semis, the Kelsey Institute Amaruks defeated the Wascana Institute of Regina 57-39 as Kathy Gazda scored 19 and Cheryl Starnes 18.
In the final, the Kelsey Institute Amaruks defeated the Saskatchewan Technical Institute-Moose Jaw 52-43 as Kathy Gazda scored 20 and Karen Setee 12. Amaruks coach Bill Baker told the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix that “our work under the boards was brilliant. Kathy Gazda broke out of her three-week scoring slump and drop-stepped Kelsey to victory.”
