Tracy MacLeod led the Cascades with 18. …………………………………………………… In game three, Fraser Valley took the series with a 54-31 win. The Cascades led 29-9 at the half and the officiating so incensed Gold Rush coach Jerry Lee and assistant Colin Taylor that they were tossed from the game at the break. Lee told Kamloops This Week that the officiating was “definitely responsible for the outcome of the game. I know that it sounds like it’s sour grapes, but there’s no reason for me to have sour grapes because we have a national’s berth (as hosts). … They just wouldn’t let us play. They physically beat us up inside and they (referees) weren’t calling anything. … No one can beat this team when we play together as a unit” Tracy MacLeod led the Cascades with 14. Tracey Smillie paced the Gold Rush with 13.

In the finals, the Douglas Royals defeated the Fraser Valley Cascades 74-55; 55-51 (2g-0).

        In game one, Loraine Denis scored 21 to lead Douglas past Fraser Valley 74-55. The Royals led 33-31 at the half. The score was knotted at 46 after three quarters. Fraser Valley was paced by Tracy MacLeod 18. Molly Donovan added 10.

In game two, the Royals prevailed 55-51 after leading 26-21 at the half. Terry MacLeod paced the Cascades with 14. Connie Raiche added 13.
