Kristin Brodoway paced the Cascades with 17. Tori Fesek (Feser?) added 12. The Cascades also included Donna Heppner, Susan Gorcak, Michelle Vanstaalduinen, Sarah Reeves, Cristine Cumerlato.

The Royals led 35-29 at the half. Joannne Danielson led the Mariners with 12. Michelle Greene added 11, Dana Little 10 and Kerry Paulis 9. Mariners coach Dave Brown told the Nanaimo Daily News that “Andrea Jackson got 13 of her 19 points in the first half. She’s a great juper and she pulled in a lot of rebounds. She really hurt us in the first half. …………………………………………………… In game two, Douglas pounded Malaspina 84-55 as Andrea Jackson scored 28 and Ethele Atele 24. Joanne Danielson paced the Mariners with 14. Lisa Oakley added 13, Ruth Mulrooney 12, Michelle Green 4 and Kerry Paulis 4. Mariners coach Dave Brown told the Nanaimo Daily News that “they couldn’t miss. Everything they shot went in. They throwing fallaway shot and they were going in.”

In the final, the Douglas Royals defeated the Thompson Rivers Sun Demons 88-67 (also reported as 85-67) as Claudia Zamprogno scored 20. Devanee Peterson paced the Sun Demons with 25.
