        In the final, the top-seeded Red River Rebels nipped the 2nd-seeded University of Winnipeg College Wesmen 69-65. The Rebels eked out their second consecutive title with a dominant performance on the offensive glass. The Rebels led 18-15, 43-28 and 52-47 at the quarters. Rebel reserve Brittany Adrian came off the bench in the second quarter to notch three offensive putbacks and ignite a 21-6 run. The Wesmen opened the second half with a 9-1 run on the interior play of Kate Dorrian. But she and fellow forward Brittany Rosenfelt soon found themselves in foul trouble. When they were on the floor again in the four quarter, the Wesmen ripped off a 12-0 run to take a one-point lead. But Rebel guard Cece Luckwell got hot – hitting a three, getting fouled on another, and scoring on a fast break to put her team back up eight. Brittany Adrian was named player of the game for the Rebels, while Brittany Rosenfelt earned the laurels for the Wesmen.
