        The Bemidji, Minnesota-based Oak Hills Christian did not participate in the postseason playoffs but were replaced in the draw by the University of Winnipeg Jayvee Wesmen.

        In the semis, held in Winnipeg at Red River College, the 2nd-seeded Canadian Mennonite Blazers dispatched the University of Winnipeg Jayvee Wesmen 68-58.

        In the other semi, the Red River Rebels clubbed the Booth College Generals 77-42.

        In the bronze medal match, the University of Winnipeg Jayvee Wesmen dusted the Booth College Generals 82-54.

In the final, the 2nd-seeded Canadian Mennonite Blazers edged the top-seeded Red River Rebels 71-69 as tournament MVP Paul Muns scored 24. Nick Miller was chosen player of the game for the Blazers. Rebels player of the game Craig Sharpe led Red River with 24, all on treys.
