Mount Saint Vincent post Jason Carlson was selected Player of the year. He averaged 23 23 mpg, 13.7 ppg and 9.8 rpg while leading the Mounties to a perfect season record of 20-0 and a number one National Ranking. Jason took 13 charges in 27 games as part of the best defensive team in the country. The Mounties scored 1771 points and allowed 1063 against.
Darrell Glenn was chosen national coach of the year, after leading the Humber Hawks to a 17-2 record and the OCAA title. Glenn represented Canada at the Under 21 World Championships winning a Bronze Medal and Coached Team Canada at the World University Games in Bangkok Thailand.
