Fraser Valley’s Jamie Born is chosen player of the year. In her fourth year, the 6-1 post averaged 14.56 ppg and 8.88 rpg in BCCAA play and was a first-team all-star for the fourth consecutive year. She carried a 3.12 average while obtaining a Bachelor of kinesiology and was a member of Fraser Valley’s four consecutive BCCAA title teams.
Fraser Valley’s Al Tuchsherer is chosen coach of the year. In his second year as head coach, led the Cascades to 17-1 record in BCCAA play and their fifth consecutive BCCAA title.
