In the semis, the top-seeded King’s Blue Devils crushed the 4th-seeded Mount Allison Mounties 50-34 as Lora Harvey scored 12 and Jenn Bennett 11. Krista Harrison, Kate Graham and Meredith Logan each scored 5 to pace the Mounties.
In the other semi, the 3rd-seeded St. Thomas Tommies upset the 2nd-seeded N.S.A.C. Rams 62-52 as Kate Heneffer scored 18. Erin Horne paced the Rams with 24. Connie Spacek added 10. The Rams also included Carla Shaw, Corrine Chisholm.
In the final, the King’s Blue Devils defeated the St. Thomas Tommies 54-37. Jenn Bennett paced the Blue Devils with 13. Julie Zinck added 13. Susan Ross led the Tommies with 12. Kings opened the game with an 18-4 run and St. Thomas closed the gap to just four points but couldn’t complete the rally.
