In the quarterfinals of the AUAA ‘B’ championships, host Mount St. Vincent torched Holland 82-23 as Becky Robar and Cindy Hebb scored a combined 42. Holland was coached by Don McCormac.
In the other quarterfinal, Memorial edged the New Brunswick intermediates 55-52. New Brunswick included Marg Davis.
In the semis, the Dalhousie Intermediates torched the Acadia Intermediates 66-49.
In the other semi, the Memorial Sea-Hawks defeated Mount St. Vincent. The Mystics (coached by Louise Greeley and managed by Don Larder) included Cindy Hebb, Lynn Hogan, Bev MacKinnon, Carmelita McNeil, Colleen Myrick, Judy O’Neill, Becky Robar and Brenda Sullivan.
In the final, the Dalhousie Intermediates dispatched the Memorial Sea-Hawks 63-56. Dalhousie include Jill Tasker, Shelley Deacon, Becky Dobson. Memorial included Michelle, Dyle, Donna Brenton, Nita Sutton, Cynthia Sutton.
