       In the semis, the St. Thomas Tommies clipped the Moncton Blue Eagles 76-68 as Terry Doran scored 26, Art Ross 19, Lynn Reid 12, John Buchanan 10, Dan Atkins 5, Tim Sullivan 2 and Brannen 2. Armand LeBlanc paced the Blue Eagles with 25. Bourdage added 11, Gilles Doucet 10, Bryan 7, Richard Chevier 7, Bourgie 4, Clifford Kennedy 2 and Boudreau 2, while Mike Dessureault, Levesque and Daigle were scoreless.

       In the other semi, the New Brunswick Institute of Technology clipped UNB-Saint John 77-65 as Jim Vautour scored 24, Rod Pollock 21, Ron Harvey 14, Andy Young 7, Carmen MacAffee 4 and Larlee 4. Craig Wilson led UNB-Saint John with 20. Bob Mabey added 14, Paul Vautour 10, Jamie Olive 8, Wayne Cameron 8, Bob Goss 4 and Britten 2, while Ian Polley, Mason and Roberts were scoreless.

       In the final, the St. Thomas Tommies defeated the New Brunswick Institute of Technology 62-51 as Terry Doran scored 25, Lyn Reed 19, Art Ross 17, Dan Atkins 3 and Brannen 1. Ron Harvey led N.B.I.T. with 19. Jim Vautour added 14, Rod Pollock 7, Young 5, Larlee 2, McAfee 2 and Marsh 2.
