The St. Thomas Tommies captured the first postseason tourney.

        In the quarterfinals, the Memorial Sea-hawks clipped King’s 62-52 as Lester Campbell scored 14, Wayne Churchill 11 and Brian Murphy 10.

        In the semis, the St. Thomas Tommies dispatched the Memorial Sea-Hawks 78-69. Wayne Churchill led the Sea-hawks with 17. Roger Guy added 17 and Don Horwood 13. The Sea-Hawks (coached by Ed Browne, manager Brophy) also included Wayne Stanford, Bob Hillier, R Dawe, B Murphy, John Pye, Gerry Gallant, Ed Murphy, Ron Power, Lester Campbell, Ron Rattary and Dean Roop.
