In the semis, the University of Lethbridge Bobkittens dispatched Mount Royal Cougars 42-28 as Elaine Voth dominated the boards.
In the other semi, the Camrose Lutheran Vikettes edged the Mount Royal Cougars 48-46 in overtime. The score was knotted at 44 after regulation. Hazel Olson paced the Vikettes with 18. Yvonne Johnson added 12, Anita Morck 5, Gwen Klassen 5, Marlene McClements 4 and Marj Moore 2. Baboehe led the Cougars with 14. Mitchell added 9, Picken 9, Lewey 7, Payden 3, McDonald 2 and Reid 2.
In the final, the University of Lethbridge JC Bobkittens defeated the Camrose Lutheran College Vikettes 39-38 on a tip-in of a free throw shot in the final minute of play.
