The Trojans led 35-31 at the half. The Huskies led 49-47 after three quarters. The Trojans flipped the match on a 12-0 run in the second quarter as Marcus Masters scored 7 unanswered points. The Huskies built a 9-point lead in the final frame but Charlie Connor notched back-to-back treys for the Trojans and then nailed a jumper to knot the score with 24 seconds to play. Sean-Michael Clancy countered with a bucket for the Huskies but Masters drilled a trey with 8 seconds to play to give the Trojans the lead and Kuol Kuol iced it with a pair of free throws. The Trojans led by as many as 17 after ripping off an 8-0 run to start the fourth quarter. The Lightning drew within 6 on an Averie Armstrister trey with 31 seconds to play but the Trojans iced it at the line. Marc-Denault Gabriel paced the Trojans wit h23 on 9-18 from the floor, 1-5 from the arc, 4-5 from the line, 13 boards, 4 assists and 2 steals.
