In the semis, the Lethbridge JC Kodiaks stomped the University of Alberta Jayvees 71-49 as Tom Sindlinger scored 18, Jim Gladstone 17, Glen Alexander 17 and Richard Nelson 10.
In the other semi, the University of Calgary Colts thrashed the NAIT Ooks 73-30.
In the bronze medal match, the University of Alberta Jayvees clocked the NAIT Ooks 68-41. The Ooks included Dale Schatz, Terry Tymchuk, Ian Pennell, Jim Bannister, Dee Danielson, Doug Bryks, Brian Ritchie, Al Shaw, Allan Gossman, De Klerk.
In the final, the University of Calgary Colts dispatched the Lethbridge JC Kodiaks 78-69 as Don Andrews scored 24 and Wayne Thomson 23. Tom Sindlinger led the Kodiaks with 19. Jim Gladstone added 16 and Richard Nelson 10. The Colts led 35-27 at the half.
