In the semis, the Canadian Bible Crusaders pounded the Kelsey Institute Amaruks 102-64 as Stan Wiens scored 27 and Grant Sylvester 27. Kam Hay led the Amaruks with 20.
In the other semi, the Briercrest Bible Clippers dispatched Saskatchewan Technical Institute Beavers x-x. (The Regina Leader-Post asserted that it was Wascana who made the semis and the bronze, which doesn’t make sense.)
In the bronze medal match, the Saskatchewan Technical Institute Beavers dispatched the Kelsey Institute Amaruks 66-49. The Amaruks (coached by Mike Oughtred) included Craig Beaucamp, Kam Hay, Mike Mohagen. (The Leader-Post reported that Canadian Bible won both the gold and bronze medal matches).
In the final, the Canadian Bible Crusaders defeated edged the Briercrest Bible Clippers 72-70 on a Don Sandler bucket from the top of the key with 3 seconds to play.
