In the quarterfinals, the 3rd-seeded Montmorency Nomades dumped the 6th-seeded Vanier Cheetahs 90-79. Montmorency led by eight at the half and quickly extended their lead to 12 in the fourth quarter. The Cheetahs rallied and took a two-point lead with four minutes to play but the Nomades took command down the stretch and then iced it from the line. Lerry Williams led Vanier with 19. Ronald Vanel added 13 and Hernst Laroche 12. The Cheetahs (coached by Andy Hertzog) also included Anaclet Mulumba-Mbayi, Duraney White, Dimitri Tchouta, Kenny Perry, Germaine Young, Tim Lachance, Thomas Pearson, Mike Flannery, Mathieu Gauthier-Bouchard, Victor Nendaka and Dwight Buckley.

In the semis, the top-seeded John Abbott Islanders dumped the 5th-seeded Champlain-St. Lambert Cavaliers 84-77 in overtime.
In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Dawson Blues defeated the 3rd-seeded Montmorency Nomades 83-62.
In the bronze medal match, the 5th-seeded Champlain-St. Lambert Cavaliers dumped the 3rd-seeded Montmorency Nomades 67-57. The Nomads (coached by Alexandre Perno) included Marc-David Vil, Francis-Cedric Martel, Adil El Makssoud, Stefan-Olivier Bouchard, Marc-Gregoire Belhomme, Tarik-Alexandre Chbani, Etser-Manasse Dorelien, Ralph-Herby Fleurilus, Jean-Philippe Herbert, Pier-Luc Jacques, Kevin Jean-Louis, Rigobert Katahwa Kahindo, Sergino Moise, Gregory-Olivier Saint-Amand and Emmanuel Verreault.
In the final, the 2nd-seeded Dawson Blues defeated the top-seeded John Abbott Islanders 90-85 as Anthony Moore scored 23, Marvin Bazile 21, along with 11 boards, and Gerry Moore 13. Anthony Moore paced the Islanders with 19. Kyle Bernard added 16.
