Canada dropped an 85-55 decision to Brazil.

Canada then got thrashed 95-77 by Puerto Rico.

Canada lost its third straight while dropping an 87-80 decision to Uruguay.

Canada fell to (0-4) after losing 79-66 to Mexico in a physical affair. In the second half, a scramble for a rebound saw Andrew Steinfeld tumble to the floor in a collision with Ortavio Montes. Steinfeld bounced up with his left arm cocked but teammates rushed in and constrained both players. “Our fuses were a bit short and Andy was just getting his frustration out,” said guard Joey Vickery.

Canada fails to qualify for quarterfinals.

In the 9th place playoff, the Bahamas throttled Canada.
