The Varsity Reds also competed in the Northeastern Conference in the United States, which included Ricker Collegiate Institute, Madawaska Training School, Aroostook State Teachers College and Husson College. Brandy Brannen was selected MVP of the Maine-based conference.

        In the Maritime final, St. FX defeated New Brunswick 64-40; 77-71 (Total: 141-111).
