In New Brunswick play, Mount Allison defeated the New Brunswick Varsity Reds 27-22 and 42-35. The Varsity Reds (coached by Doug Gomery, manager George Gorman) included J Donaldson, W Cuthbertson, L Lilley, Si Oldham, Sid Thomas, H McKinnon, T Stephens, Ralph Leblanc, L Christmas and D Mix.
In exhibition play, Mount Allison split with Dalhousie, winning 46-30 and losing 30-35.
In exhibition play, Mount Allison twice dumped Acadia 48-30 and 44-23.
In Nova Scotia play, Acadia defeated Nova Scotia Tech x-x.
Dalhousie split with Acadia in Halifax city league play, winning 54-32 and losing 43-50. The Tigers (coach Ralph Ells, manager Stewart) included Don Bauld, Anderson, Milton Musgrave, Leo Green, Sam Fairstein, Stoddard, Doug Crease, O’Brien, Turner and Mandelstan. They did not enter the intercollegiate division.
In the playoff, Mount Allison defeated Acadia by default as the Axemen dropped out of the playoffs. It represented Mount Allison’s seventh consecutive crown.
