Saskatchewan fielded a team but does not appear to have played for the Race Trophy. The Huskies included Eleanor Martin, Dorothy McKenzie, Eleanor Rogers, Winnie Rowles, Jean Stavely, Winona Wood, Winona Yager, Mildred Wright and Dorothy Riches.
Alberta stomped host Manitoba 42-3 to win the Race Trophy. Alberta held Manitoba to just six shots. Gladys Fry dominated the paint and the Pandas short, quick passing game completely befuddled the Bisons. Alberta led 22-0 at the half. Doris Calhoun and Gladys Fry each scored 12 to pace Alberta. Mary Alexander added 8, Vera Palmer 3 and Ethel Barnett 3, while Kathleen Esch, Margaret Lundy and Margaret Morrison were scoreless. Evelyn Raycroft led Manitoba with 3, while Eleanor Bridgman, Gert Pickles, Eileen Hemphill, Doris Coulson, Lily Hogonan, Beth Ostry, Margaret Scott and Ethlyn Wallace were scoreless.
