In the quarterfinal, 4^th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 clipped 5^th-seeded Three Oaks-2 45-38.

In the semis, top-seeded Westisle clubbed 4^th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 54-32.

In the other semi, 2^nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders dispatched the 3^rd-seeded Bluefield-2 Bobcats 62-50.

In the bronze medal match, the 3^rd-seeded Bluefield-2 Bobcats edged the 4^th-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-2 Colonels 37-33 as Olivia MacDougall scored 17. Jessanne Birung led the Colonels with 12. MacDougall was chosen player of the game for the Bobcats, while Birung earned the laurels for the Colonels.

In the final, the 2^nd-seeded Charlottetown Rural-2 Raiders defeated the top-seeded Westisle Wolverines 56-52 as Carly Gauthier scored 29 and Lily Gallant 17. Jayla Hudson led the Wolverines with 16. Ashley Hardy added 13. Gallant was chosen player of the game for the Raiders, while Maddie Lou Robertson earned the laurels for the Wolverines.
