In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Bishop’s Gaiters clipped the 3rd-seeded Concordia Stingers 77-67 after leading 24-17, 42-29 and 58-46 at the quarters. The Stingers closed within three down the stretch on a runout steal by Eve Atchampone but the Gaiters retained their poise and pulled out the win. Argentina-native Victoria Gauna paced the Gaiters with 24 on 8-15 from the floor, 1-3 from the arc, 7-7 from the line and 8 boards.
