In the quarterfinals, the top-seeded Canterbury Celtics stomped the 8th-seeded Fredericton Ecole Ste. Anne Castors 121-50 as Heppell scored 37, Graham 27, Grant 22, Horseman 9, Barry 6, Taylor 6, Foster 5, Varney 4 and Brockkowski 3. Anik (Annick?) LeBlanc led the Castors with 26. Jodi Godoin (Jodin?) added 12, Nicole Angers 5, Lise Bellevance 3, Joanne Bellevance 2 and Mirielle Albert 2, while Tammy Chenault and Tanya McLaughlin were scoreless.

       The 4th-seded Harvey Lakers dusted the 5th-seeded Doaktown Black Kats 86-67 as Karen Stairs scored 22, J Swan 17, Jordan 14, Matheson 12, McMinn 7, Kathy Stairs 7, K Swan 5 and Johnstone 2. Tara Gilks led the Black Kats with 39. Renee Courture added 16, Joanne (Johanna?) Courture 7 and Tanya Russell 5, while Lisa Peterson and Michelle Robinson were scoreless.

       The 2nd-seeded Petitcodiac Regional Panthers clipped the 7th-seeded Campobello Island Consolidated Vikings 60-47 as A Harvey scored 14, Hoar 11, Chambers 11, Taylor 6, Jones 6, Dunfield 5, J Harvey 4 and Kelly 3. Gail Firloote led the Vikings with 16. Ruth-Anne Matthews added 12, Betty-Jo Brown 10, Mary Beth Matthews 5, Lisa Chute 2 and Krista Mitchell 2.

       In the last quarterfinal, the 3rd-seeded Stanley Blue Devils defeated the 6th-seeded Plaster Rock Tobique Valley Panthers 62-54 as O’Hara scored 22, Douglas 15, Hurley 10, Stilman 7, O’Sullivan 6 and Gorman 2. Annette Knowlton led the Panthers with 15. Nicole Tomlinson added 12, Robin Crawford 10, Lynn Close (Clowes?) 7, Kim Bowmaster 6, Elizabeth Reynolds 2 and Andrea Green 2.

       In the semis, the top-seeded Canterbury Celtics whipped the 4th-seeded Harvey Lakers 52-30 as Horsman scored 23, Graham 9, Heppell 6, Grant 6, Broczkowski 4 and Barry 4. Matheson led the Lakers with 10. Swan added 9, Karen Stairs 8 and Kathy Stairs 3.

       In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Petitcodiac Regional Panthers dispatched the 3rd-seeded Stanley Blue Devils 65-52 as Taylor scored 27, Hoar 15, A Harvey 8, Chambers 7, J Harvey 4, Dunfield 2 and Kelly 2. O’Hara led the Blue Devils with 22. O’Sullivan added 11, Hurley 7, Douglas 6, Spillman 4 and Gorman 2.

In the final, the top-seeded Canterbury Celtics defeated the 2nd-seeded Petitcodiac Regional Pantherines 42-39 as player of the game Heppell score 13, Horseman 13, Broczowski 8, Graham 4 and Grant 4. Grant hit two consecutive buckets to give the Celtics a 43-7 lead and they held on for the win. The Celtics led 24-23 at the half. Celtics coach Bobby English told the Fredericton Daily Gleaner that “we play as a team … We had foul trouble early on. Fortunately we were able to pull together down the stretch and it feels good to win three years in a row. What else can you say?” Taylor led the Panthers with 14. Hoar added 13, J Harvey 4, A Harvey 4, Keely 2 and Dunfield 2.
