In the final, the Grand Manan Breakers upset the top-seeded Petitcodiac Regional Panthers 44-43. Grand Manan was led by guard Wade Wilson, who hit three bombs from the perimeter in the final two minutes of play to lead the Breakers team to their first title. Each bomb rallied the Breakers from a deficit to a one-point lead. Bruce Johnson paced Grand Manan with 14 points. Richard Linton added 8. Art Smith led the Panthers with 17 points. Greg Tingley added 15.
