In the provincial final, the Saskatoon Bedford Road Redmen pounded the Regina Martin Monarchs 41-28 after taking a 7-5 lead at the quarter, a 20-12 lead at the then half and then opening the third-quarter with a 10-0 run. Bedford Road’s superior height proved the difference. Diane Souster led Bedford Road with 10 points. Shannon Bower added 10 and Sandie Brunt 8. Martin was paced by Debbie Whittal’s 5 points.
